What we collect

When you ring us, text us, or fill in the quote form, we keep the details you give us — your name, phone number, suburb and a description of the job. We use that to quote and do the work, and nothing else.

What we don't do

We don't sell your details. We don't send marketing emails or texts. We don't run ads on this site that track you around the internet.

How long we keep it

Job records stay on our system for tax and warranty purposes for seven years, as required. If you'd rather we deleted your contact details sooner, just ask.
